Jessica has over 12 years of experience in fundraising for Not for Profits, working across multiple areas of fundraising, including both being on the front-lines and managing the back-end operations and processes. In more recent years she has transitioned into leadership within the church context.


Michael has been a KC since 1999 with extensive legal experience in building and construction, commercial and corporate law.

Melinda is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), and Bachelor of Business – Land Economics, (Valuation).

Her career spans senior public sector leadership, including Executive Director of Statutory Planning Services in Victoria. Jane has contributed to major projects shaping sustainable growth and community-focused development.

Colin is a founding member of The Boston Consulting Group in Australia, and former President of the Geelong Football Club. Colin has significant governance expertise having carried out board reviews for many companies and non-profit organisations.
